First Monday Relating

Sergio Milandri is now running a weekly group meeting on Monday nights from 7:45 pm to about 10:00 pm.
All are welcome, please bring R20 per session to cover expenses.

The meetings are held at the Milandri's Barn at "Sans Pareil" off Valley Road, Hout Bay.
No need to book, call 021 790 1308 if you need directions.

First Saturday Afternoon Retreats

We also have an afternoon of quiet and reflection in the 'Sans Pareil' garden on the first Saturday of each month. We meet at 2.30 till 5.00.

Contributions of R20 or more would be appreciated. No booking is required.


One Day Personal Retreats

If you feel you need time to escape the busyness of your day-to-day routine, take some time off in the gardens at Sans Pareil and with Sergio Milandri, as he initiates a time reflection and self-awareness.

These retreats are arranged on the basis of personal or group request, instead of being run at specific times during the year.
